Unless explicitly stated otherwise, Continental Privé acts as an intermediary between the client and travel suppliers.
2. Supplier Terms and Conditions
All travel arrangements are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective supplier, including but not limited to:

Airlines
Cruise operators
Tour operators
Ground transportation providers
Activity and experience providers
By confirming a booking, you agree to the applicable supplier terms and conditions.
3. Pricing and Availability
All pricing and availability are subject to change until confirmed by the relevant supplier.
Continental Privé cannot guarantee the availability of any particular rate, room category, flight, service, or experience until a booking has been confirmed.
4. Travel Documents and Entry Requirements
Clients are responsible for ensuring they possess all required travel documents, including:
Passports
Visas
Entry permits
Health certificates
Vaccination documentation
Continental Privé is not responsible for denied entry, missed travel arrangements, or related costs resulting from incomplete or incorrect documentation.
5. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend that all travelers obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering, where appropriate:
Trip cancellation
Medical expenses
Emergency evacuation
Travel interruption
Loss or delay of baggage
The purchase and suitability of travel insurance remain the responsibility of the traveler.
6. Changes and Cancellations
Changes, cancellations, refunds, and penalties are governed by the policies of the respective supplier.
Continental Privé is not responsible for cancellation fees, change fees, supplier penalties, or non-refundable travel arrangements imposed by third parties.
7. Limitation of Liability
Continental Privé acts as an independent travel advisor and intermediary.
We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, performance, delays, cancellations, insolvency, negligence, or failures of any third-party supplier.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Continental Privé shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from travel services arranged through third-party suppliers.
8. Force Majeure
Continental Privé shall not be liable for any failure or delay resulting from circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:
Natural disasters
Severe weather events
Epidemics or pandemics
Government actions
Political unrest
Strikes
Transportation disruptions
Security incidents
